Your first album focussed on chamber works, while this second album release brings together three larger-scale works – was that a deliberate contrast?
Yes, I feel that more people have heard about my orchestral music than have actually heard it. So I chose works that display different dimensions of my language, two contrasting orchestral pieces and a choral work.
What are the pleasures of writing for larger forces?
